Shipping Information

We generally ship DHL or US Postal Service. If there is a large Platte of Items to be shipped, we will use Fed EX or UPS.

Shipping Costs are generally $7.00 first Item / 1.00 each additional item, (CDS, Mallets, Key chains, etc…)

Cases that = 27 x 13 x 28 are 16 lbs, and cost $40.00 to ship DHL

Cases that hold Leads are 32 x 15 x 33 = $40.00 to ship DHL Shipping Ground: 3 to 5 days= regular rate

2 day priority: $35.00 Next Day: $50.00 (also depends on weight)

DHL varies on price day to day and depending on weight. Most foreign orders are done US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation.

RETURNS

We do accept all returns, within 30 days. We offer a 90% return with a 10% restocking fee
