Bruce Weil was the founder of the Over-The Rhine Steel Band, a program for inner city students, and the Clark Montessori Steel Band, both located in Cincinnati, Ohio. During his work over the past 24 years, he has been honored to have worked with the amazing children in these two ensembles.
